the mouse connects to my pc properly but the cursor is not moving when I move the mouse.

How is the mouse connected to the PC, USB-C cable or Wireless?
Just verifying that it worked OK before when connected to the PC?

dont buy products from dragon they are cheap ,components used in it are useless low quality
