My asus ZN270(IE) is not turning on
As the title says it's not turning on. I have only tried two different power adapters so far.
Any suggestion would be helpful

I can only suggest that you open the desktop and initially check if the DC-In jack is OK.
What can sometimes happen, is that the centre +ve pin of the jack, breaks internally and when this occurs it opens the path for the power supply from the adapter to the motherboard.
Once you have gained access to the motherboard, use an Ohmmeter (or Voltmeter) to prove there is continuity on both the +ve and -ve connections between the input side of the jack and the output side connected to the motherboard.
If the jack is faulty it cannot be repaired, it has to be replaced.
If the jack is OK you may need to find the schematics for the motherboard. What is the model number of the motherboard (printed on the board itself)? Knowing this may help to find the schematics as I couldn't find any by searching for the model number of the AIO
