Hello, sounds like the fan bearings are worn. Try hoovering out any fluff from the vent ports with a hoover. See if that improves noise.
Alternatively source replacement parts for your machine and replace yourself. They're usually held in with a couple of screws and a plugged wire, clips in and out
Remove the fan, then just google the fan part number and buy it.
Alternatively try the HP Community, for specific machine queries and part numbers.
