Although technically the problems you're seeing with the display and the touch screen are separate issues, chances are they stem from some sort of damage to the screen even though cracks may not be visible. In addition, since those two components are basically fused together into one assembly, the fix for either one is the same; you'll need to replace the screen.
Sorry to say, iFixit doesn't have a guide for you to use, but there's a Spanish site called Nadie Me Llama Gallina that has just what you need.

Being a fairly new model of phone and using an OLED display means the replacement screens are still somewhat expensive, but in this case not too bad. You can find both OLED and LCD versions, but be aware that the LCD screens will drain your battery faster and of course the picture quality will suffer. They're available on sites like Amazon, eBay and AliExpress among others. Here's one of the first ones that came up on my cursory search.
