how to fix lcd with 1 green vertical line. is it possible if that occur by software failure or it must be the hardware?

@amosdaniel94668 a single line will be a hardware problem. If it iis about one pixel wide it is a TAB error and if it is wider it is a data issue from the driverboard on the LCD. Without seeing it and going by your description alone, this is an LCD error.
Of course, you can always validate this answer by connecting an external monitor. If that does not display the same line, you know it is your LCD.
Time to replace it or to learn to live with that line,
