Dos the tablet indicate that the battery is charging when it is connected to a charger?
Here's the troubleshooting section from the service manual for the tablet that will help.
Go to p.8-5 (p.5 of 66) to view the Power On troubleshooting flowchart. Follow the chart to check why it won't start.
