@timtomissus Thank you for replying, yes it does work perfectly on other apps And also on audio calls, but it does not work properly On video calls .. The person I am talking with can not hear me clearly on video call... I have to talk very loud.
@abdisadefa16995 do you have a strong connection to wifi/celluar data?
has it been damaged recently?
have you tried to take a recording of you speaking at the bottom of the the phone, and another speaking at the top of the phone? (this is because there are two mics inside iphones, one at the top, and one at the bottom, and only one might be broken)
Try to clean the microphone from the outside, if the problem isn’t fixed then check the charger flex cable if it has any small tiny cuts if so just replace the charging port and problem solved.

does it work better when you hold your phone a particular way or in different places?
have you dropped it recently?
has it been in contact with liquid?
