The screen does not work properly when I put down the screen

I have got an issue with Iphone xr. I replaced the screen and tested it before I put the screen down to the frame.

Everything worked fine. But when I put the screen back to the phone, touch did not work and sometimes had partial dim backlight. I tried a couple of screens with the phone and found it they work all the same.

I had to cut one of the little things on the bottom of lcds which the screw passes through to get the screen sit properly because there was one pentalobe stripped.

Has anyone been through this issue before or know how to fix?
