According to the user manual you need the install the VectorWatch app in an Android OS phone and then use the app to connect to the watch to set the watch functions
Hopefully doing this works as reading the comments in the Ratings and Reviews on the app page, Vector was bought out by Fitbit and there's no support for it any more, plus the app doesn't seem to work with Android 8.0 or above

I paired my phone to what I think is the vector luna's name by using the 123 pass code but no luck connecting it in the app
What Android version is installed in the phone or tablet you're using?
As stated in the app comments it doesn't work with Android version 8.0 or higher.
If you have an older device that still has Android 6 or 5 or even 4.4 you may be able to install the app in that device and pair it to the watch and see if you can access the watch and set it up.
The watch hasn't been supported for a long time now so I think that's about the best that could try
Thank you. I haven't been able to connect my watch since I upgraded my phone to the galaxy s23. Bummer
