Is it possible to turn on ps4 remotely?

I know that in order to activated ps4 I need to use the controller in the room or click the button directly. However I'm using a game manager and trying to integrate my ps4 to it. In order for me to do so I need to use ps remote on my pc and the ps4 is not always on. is it possible to activate it remotely?
