My tablets screen is pitch black and won’t turn on

Hello I have an RCA rct6103w46 and it’s been years since I last used it. I stoped because the screen stoped working. I don’t know if it’s because it doesn’t have charge or because something else but do you have any recommendations of what I should do?

If this tablet doesn't turn on or hasn't been used for a long time, have you tried charging it? If it's been on for a long time, it still doesn't appear, the battery is below 0%, it can't be charged with normal charging, you can disassemble it and charge it manually with an AMPLIMETER.
