Hi @sanjaysutar,
Could be several reasons for this:
Have you checked the engine oil is the correct grade and has it and the oil filter been changed regularly in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance schedule?
Faulty tappet adjustment or worn tappet.
Worn camshaft etc
