Reflection across top of screen
I’ve attached a photo of what is happening, any ideas?

@hiramsaunders that looks like a Gate Driver failure. Check the driver boards (long, skinny boards) that are attached to the panel via some flat ribbon cables. Post some pictures of those if you can. It might be possible to determine if this is a board or a COF error. Not en easy fix either way but at least we should try to narrow it down to what needs to get done.

What is the model number of the TV?
Do you also see this problem when normal video is shown?
Is the display darker or discoloured in that area?

I would t say darker more lighter, it reflects what is below it. It’s not as noticeable in darker images.
I’ve tried resetting, it’s on any device too, normal tv, sky box. Etc

To me it seems to be a problem with the driver boards in the LCD panel given that it is a horizontal line so to speak but I'm not sure.
Perhaps @oldturkey03 may have a better idea.
We're in different time zones so hang in there for 12+ hours for him to respond.

@hiramsaunders any chance you can post a different picture, maybe a lighter background etc. This could be a ribbon cable issue or (worst case scenario) a panel issue.
