Generally the so-called "ghost touch" problem is caused by an issue with the digitizer or touch screen on the phone. Since it's fused with the display, you have to replace them both as a single assembly in order to fix the problem. I wasn't able to located a guide for the A03 Core version, but here's one for the standard A03. Hopefully it will be close enough that combined with a little common sense you should be able to do the repair.

@rajkv Again, the fix for your phone is exactly the same; you will need to replace the screen. Use the guide I linked to previously.
@dadibrokeit But whenever I turn off the screen the problem fix For some minutes and it's come after someminutes. I never changed my display from purchased of this phone. I have 1 year of purchased this phone but it have issue of ghost touch. I also change the software and root but none of them are workable.
@rajk94959 It sounds like you have done all the right things in trying to eliminate the possibility that this is a software problem, which leaves you with the inescapable conclusion that it must be a hardware problem.
It sounds as though it could be heat related; after the phone warms up, different parts of the connections expand at different rates and once it's warm one or more of the signals becomes unreliable.
You could try cooling the phone down when it starts misbehaving and see if that helps, but even if it does, the fix is still the same; you have to replace the digitizer, which means replacing the screen.
It's everytime happens if the phone is cold or hot or hitting. The ghost touch comes but it's done after locking the phone and then turn on the screen but the problem comes after sometimes. So is this display problem or software because I check on samsung members app diagnostic there shown that (unsual software change detected)
