Why is my network is locked?
if i want to use with sim card shows me that i need to enter a pin and i didn't locked?

Has the same SIM card worked OK before in the phone?
Network locked means that the phone is locked to one mobile phone service provider. SIM cards from other mobile phone service providers won't work.
You need to contact the service provider that the phone is locked to and ask for the unlock code, that you need to enter into the phone, so that the phone can work with any service provider.
