Wont turn on unles I plug it in and unplug it every time Hover 1

Hover 1 journey 2.0

Battery is fully charged . I can turn it on when i unplug it but if i turn it off it wont come back on unles i plug it for a second and unplug it again then it works fine. I have to do that every time. Shows no error codes
