I’m sorry to hear that your iPhone 8 is stuck on the Apple logo. This can be a frustrating problem, but don’t worry, there are some possible solutions you can try.

One of the simplest things you can do is to perform a hard reset on your iPhone 8. This is a way of forcing your iPhone to restart when it’s unresponsive or frozen. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Quickly press and release the volume up button on the side of your iPhone.
  • Quickly press and release the volume down button on the side of your iPhone.
  • Press and hold the power button on the opposite side of your iPhone until you see the Apple logo, then release it.

This may fix the problem and allow your iPhone to boot up normally. However, if this doesn’t work, you may need to try some more advanced methods.

Another thing you can do is to back up your iPhone using iCloud or iTunes. This will help you save your data in case you need to restore your iPhone later. To back up your iPhone using iCloud, make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection and follow these steps:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  • Tap on your name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap iCloud.
  • Scroll down and tap on iCloud Backup.
  • Make sure the switch next to iCloud Backup is on. You’ll know the switch is on when it’s green.
  • Tap Back Up Now.

To back up your iPhone using iTunes, you’ll need a computer with iTunes installed and a Lightning cable. Follow these steps:

  • Plug the Lightning connector on your Lightning cable into the Lightning port on your iPhone.
  • Plug the other end of the cable into a USB port on your computer.
  • Open iTunes on your computer and click on the iPhone icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
  • Click on Back Up Now under Manually Back Up and Restore.

After you’ve backed up your iPhone, you can try to update or restore it using iTunes. This may fix any software issues that are causing your iPhone to get stuck on the Apple logo. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Connect your iPhone to your computer using the Lightning cable.
  • Open iTunes on your computer and click on the iPhone icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
  • Click on Check for Update. If there is an update available, click on Download and Update and follow the instructions on the screen.
  • If there is no update available, or if updating doesn’t work, click on Restore iPhone. This will erase all the data and settings on your iPhone and install the latest version of iOS. You’ll be able to restore your data from your backup later.

If none of these methods work, you may have a hardware problem with your iPhone 8. In that case, you’ll need to contact Apple or a certified repair service for help. You can find more information about how to do that here.

I hope this helps you fix your iPhone 8 stuck on the Apple logo. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. 😊

@eyoel81128 since this happens when you have it plugged in to charge, it maybe an issue with the charging port or the charging flex iPhone 8 Lightningコネクタアセンブリの交換 Make sure you have a good charging cable and the right AC charger. Oh yeah, while you are at it, change the battery as well.

You can use something like 3uTools to get your phone into either DFU or Recovery mode. Check the 3uTools website for tutorials on these modes and when to use what.
