Marshal Major 4 - one speaker not working

I bought Marshal Major 4 and right from the box when I first time connected them the left speaker didn't work. I connected the aux cable and in this case, the speaker worked fine. However, it does not fix the problem with the Bluetooth connection. I tried to reboot the headphones so many times but it also doesn't help(
