@prince38209 first you have to make sure with your service provider that your SIM card is actually working. Unless you have it verified, it is very difficult to troubleshoot. If that is a (definitely) working SIM card, check the troubleshooting flowchart from Samsung. You need to let us know what exact version your J2 is since there are variations in the circuitry.
