Catridge Problem msg for Color Catridges though new ones are inserted

Getting message: Ink Catridge Failure [951 Z10 Yellow, 951 Z10 Cyan, 951 Z10 Magenta] Catridges listed above are damaged or have failed. Remove them and replace with new catridges. Followed instructions. Bought new catridges, carefully inserted them. Continued to get the same msg. Checked the estimated ink levels on desktop app. Ink levels are reading "empty". Yet, actual catridges are new and full. Have changed the color catridges 2 to 3 times. Convinced problem is NOT catridges. No problems with the black catridge, either. What is the problem? Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.
