Here's how to perform a hard reset (aka factory restore) on the tablet.

This will delete all data in your device's memory and storage, including your account settings, system settings, app data, installed apps, music, images, and documents, and restore your tablet to its original factory settings.

Note: If there is a Google account associated with the tablet you will need to remember the account's User ID and password to access the tablet after the reset has been done. This is due to the FRP (factory reset protection) lock that has been enabled by the reset.
