Cabrio - will not wash - only rinse or spin

Hi all... I've reset my washer to factory settings by turning the dial counterclockwise and then 3 turns clockwise, 1 turn clockwise, 1 turn counterclockwise, and one last turn clockwise. All the lights lights up which YouTube videos suggest t then turn the dial to Wash and press Start. That has worked in the past but no longer. I now hear but don't see water under the agitator as I manually move the agitator around. I've watched many YT videos and tried to contact Whirlpool without success. I very much appreciate your suggestions. Thank you.

It's about 10 years old.

please confirm the model number of the washer?

I cannot find any information regarding the model number you posted.

The closest model number I found is WTW5000DW0

I triple checked with a brigs flashlight and excellent magnifying glass and it appears to be WTW5500XWO with one dial knob in the middle and 6 slots below that each light up, Thank you.

Here's the tech sheet for the washer.

Run the diagnostic tests as shown on p.4 (see Automatic test mode) and check for any error codes being displayed.

There is an Fault/Error Code Display Method chart on p.3 that shows how to interpret the status LEDs if any errors are shown.

The error code meaning and possible causes are shown on p.6-p.7.
