Why is my jbl go 2 voice are not coming

First you can try to reset it by pressing the follow combination:

Press and hold the Volume up button and Play button.

Do this for around 10 seconds.

If that doesn't work then you can try:

Try to fix it by opening the device spray some contact cleaner on switch buttons then blower it with medium heat and it needs to work fine.

No sounds and its not charge
