What do I need to convert an iPad Pro to cellular?
This iPad Pro has a bad new logic board, and I was wondering if I could replace it with a cellular capable board and what else I would need to replace?

The board is not the only thing! You have to replace the rear shell s the antennas are exposed and all of the hardware for that.
I think when you add up the costs it’s just cheaper to get a working used one instead.
