Connected but no sound

Call okay. Talk okay. But no sound when i play music, YouTube, or play any movie. But device connection is okay. & when i restart my iPhone, then all is okay. Can listen music. Sound okay. But when again after some hours I connect again, AirPod connection okay but no sound. Every time i have to restart my phone.
