Can you hear if the evaporator fan inside the freezer (behind a panel at the back) is running?

Looking at the wiring sheet, it will operate whenever the compressor motor is operating. If you can't hear it, open the door and check if you can feel the air being blown out from the vent, inside at the back of the compartment

If you can hear the fan check if the door seals are OK i.e. not bent, loose, broken etc, especially at the top end of the door.

To check if the door seals are providing a good seal, place a sheet of paper between the door and the door jamb and with the door closed normally i.e. no pressure on it by you to hold it closed, try pulling the paper out. It will come out with a bit of an effort but not too easily but it should definitely not fall out by itself. Do this at various places around the door, top , bottom and both sides.

Also check the door alignment to make sure that it is straight and parallel with the cabinet. If not it may be a hinge problem and the door is not closing properly allowing the cold air to escape from the compartment.

Another way to test the seal is to turn on a flashlight and put it inside the freezer and close the door. Turn out the lights in the kitchen or wherever the freezer is located and check to see if there’s any light coming out of the freezer. If there’s light, air is escaping as well. Maybe best done when it is dark as it may be more obvious if there is a problem with the seal.
