Is it safe to use TunesKit iPhone Unlocker to unlock my iPhone?
I forgot the lock screen password and tried many methods but couldn't open it.

Pretty much all of them "unlocker" services are a scam, especially with something as new as the iPhone 13. The only way to get it removed is by entering the correct credentials or if you have the proper documentation of ownership you can try Apples Activation Lock Support Request. But if you don't have either one of these then you are out of luck.

Naturally you should assume nothing is safe especially if downloaded from the internet if I remember correctly there is a way to get your password off of your iCloud account
