How to change it to global rom from chinese rom

Mi 8 SE is changed into a chinese version from global one. I can't use Google play or any other Google thing with it

u can update to the rom eu or many custom rom out there. For me, i using the pixel experience because it have the unlimited gg photo storage and update to android 13
