My Screen is turned black I can use cursor but no key is working?

have you tried to remove the ssd?
have you dropped it?
do you have another laptop you can test the ssd with?
can you boot into bios? shut down the computer, and as soon as you turn it on again, tap either the F1 or enter key repeatedly, depending on your model.
