Replacing charging port valve index controller

So i came home to my controller unwilling to charge and seemingly tampered with, does anyone know how to replace the charging port and where i can buy the tools required, things needed and a video explaining how to do so? please someone let me know, i am also willing to pay around 200 for repairs if someone could fix it for me
