Xbox series controller won't turn on, coil/buzzing sound

Hi all, my controller won't turn on, i've tried with battery and cable.
When i put in the cable the controller make a coil/buzzing sound.
I've removed the two boards and put them on a good board and i've found that the bad board is the button/power board.

The caps C33/22/23/323/24/326/26 are shorted and the U5 is getting hot when i put the usb cable in.

I've removed the U5 and the coil sound stopped, but the shorted remain on the caps, i've replaced it but also the new one did the same thing.

Someone can help me?
