I have tried different power supplies, RF cable and R/W/Y composite cables. No difference. Also cleaned cartridges and pins in the console.

@talonrevenge Have the electrolytic capacitors on this console been replaced?

There are a few reasons why your screen might be showing distorted images or colors. Here are some of the most common reasons:

  • A faulty graphics card. The graphics card is responsible for displaying images on your screen. If the graphics card is faulty, it can cause distorted images or colors.
  • A loose or damaged cable. The cable that connects your monitor to your computer may be loose or damaged. This can cause distorted images or colors.
  • A problem with the monitor. The monitor itself may be faulty. This can cause distorted images or colors.
  • A software issue. A software issue, such as a driver problem, can also cause distorted images or colors.

Here are some things you can try to fix this:

  1. Check the graphics card. You can try updating the graphics card driver or rolling back the driver to a previous version. You can also try reseating the graphics card in the motherboard.
  2. Check the cable. Make sure that the cable that connects your monitor to your computer is properly seated and not damaged. You can also try using a different cable to see if that fixes the problem.
  3. Check the monitor. If you have another monitor, you can try connecting it to your computer to see if that fixes the problem. You can also try resetting the monitor to its factory settings.
  4. Check for software issues. You can try updating the drivers for your monitor or rolling back the drivers to a previous version. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics card driver.

If you have tried all of these things and you are still having problems, you may need to contact a computer repair technician for help.

This is a SNES not a computer. So not sure that if what you put applies to some degree or not here.
