So recently I have lost the power cable of my Ps4 that i have had for around 8 years. So I bought a cable online and on the cable it says "6A 250v". While on the bottom of my Ps4 it says "100v ~ 2.5A". Will this cable work on my ps4? Also for additional info my Ps4's model is CUH-1000A and I bought it in japan.

Hello, thats mean maximum load what the cable can handle. Teoreticaly can use this cable for devices up to 1500W. (6A*250V =1500W). PS4 need cca 250W. You can use this cable without stress.

It's only a power lead. As long as the plug fits your supply you're good to go. If not then cut it off and fit a new one.
