How can I retrieve old photos from this phone?

Does the phone have an SD card installed and were the photos stored on it rather than the phone's internal storage?

If perhaps, remove the card and insert it into a card reader connected to a computer and check.

Is the phone still working OK?
If so connect it to a Windows PC via a compatible USB cable (supplier example only) and find the photos using File Manager.
If the phone is not detected by Windows then you may need to install the appropriate software in the PC to make it work.

Not quite sure but look for a DCIM folder in the phone's storage drive that appears in Windows' File Manager. I think that's the name of the folder where the images are stored, but I may be wrong.

If the phone is not working and there's no SD card it may be difficult to retrieve anything from the phone. Perhaps try and get it working first.
