Hi, my laptop when starting goes into black screen after dell logo. İt also doesn't go to bios mode. Screen test works perfectly. I tried to boot with USB to recover bios but i don't have usb port. Only type c port and i used converter to insert usb. But i think it isn't recognized.

It does not go to bios mode with F2? Or just not automatically?
If it shows the Dell logo and the screen is working, at least on the splash screen, when you're pressing F2 are you able to see in the top right corner a message (usually in small yellow text) indicating that it got your keypress and is attempting to boot into bios mode, or nothing in the top right corner?
If you've got no yellow message, it is likely not registering your keyboard. Have you made sure your keyboard is charged and connected properly?
If you've tried mashing F2 to no success, can you mash F12 to go to the one-time boot menu? If you can, try going to diagnostics from there. If you are able to, wait for it to complete (you will need to confirm "yes" or "no" after it shows (or attempts to show) the colored bars on the screen, but otherwise there is no input needed during diagnostics) and let us know if any errors are reported.
If the keyboard is connecting and none of that works, try making sure that you're not defaulting to the "secondary display" function. That function turns off your display and defaults to a different monitor. Sometimes this setting can get accidentally toggled, and without a secondary monitor actually connected it can make a device unusable.
Looking up photos of this model, it looks like the F8 key, though the photo is blurry. Try pressing F8 after boot (with and without the Fn key)?

Thank you so much, but non of them working. F2 or F12 is not working. And there is not any signs besides logo.
@anarmalikov Do you mean F2 or F12 is not working as in you have no yellow text in the top right corner?
If that is the case, it is likely that your keyboard is not connecting at all. If it is for sure charged, try cleaning the contacts between the keyboard and the computer. They are located in the center of both parts on the sides where they connect. Use only 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a soft, lint free cloth like a microfiber, and be very gentle on the side that has the contacts extended as they are delicate and could get bent or broken.
If that does not work, for sure try a secondary keyboard before you give up. Even if you just have a USB keyboard, you can use your USB>Type C adapter that you used with the thumb drive to try plugging it in.
If you can get anything to work with a second keyboard, buying a replacement keyboard it a lot easier then replacing the whole computer, or fixing it is an option if you are so inclined.
My keyboard is working, backlits are on when turning on. But the problem is with bios. And I wanted to recover it, but laptop is not recognizing any input from type c, I tested mouse, keyboard and etc. Is there any way to recover bios?
@anarmalikov The backlights are a direct power connection but not a data connection. It has been a while since I worked on this device, but iirc the keyboard has it's own battery that powers the backlights (and etc.), so it is no direct indication that the keyboard is establishing a full data connection properly.
I would still recommend at least trying with a different keyboard, as well as an external monitor, just to eliminate the possibilities.
At least some part of the BIOS is working if it is showing the logo. If it is in such a state that the computer completely turns off after the logo, and it is not any of the above ideas, I would think that it is a hardware issue. If that's the case, completely disconnecting all power (physically disconnect the battery and the small CMOS battery from the motherboard) and draining any residual power is the first step to try and test. If that doesn't improve it, chances are probably equal that it's a power issue as much as a BIOS issue. You'd need multimeter testing.
Thank you again for your support, I tested everything tried to recover bios from USB but it doesn't recognize USB or mouse, keyboard through type c port (I tried with converter). It is probably hardware issue. Do you know how to fix it? Or any clues?

No my issue is with adapter, it is broken and computer drained all power. Then I replaced with new one and that is where it started
