Why is hdmi working on one tv not another?

Hello guys, I have one ps4 slim and 2 tvs

First tv Samsung the ps4 works fine, but the other tv is smart android tv ( Class Pro ) showing "No signal" on black screen.

I did reset resolution for ps4 and reset settings for tv and still not working, I tried over 4 wires in all 4 prots and still nothing works

Other devices works fine for both tvs , I only had a problem with only ps4 and android tv

Please help
