I changed the PSU, but the xbox does not power on. I hear clicking in the power supply, but other than that, nothing. I have a cheap multimeter, and I'm not sure how I could check the 12v rail to see if it's shorted.
Edit: The small mosfet at the top of the other 2 pairs gives me a reading of 006 at the gate, but the other 2 small mosfets won't give me a reading at all. Is this a sign that they're faulty?
