Will only boot to PXE. How do I change boot
Only offers PXE boot option. Need to change boot order. How do I get to bios to change.

@edgrimm "Only offers PXE boot option" usually caused by a failed HDD or SSD. Download the maintenance manual for your computer from here Check something like this video to get into the BIOS. Change your boot order and see if it will boot from a different drive. Ultimately this does sounds like a failed system drive.
