Cannot update and restore and Stuck on recovery mode again and again

I dropped my iPhone 12 into the water. However, we were able to dry and change the new display to work for a while but immediately went into recovery mode after the Apple logo. So I connected the phone with iTunes but when I update or restore it after downloading and installation, it goes back to recovery again and again and nothing works. Can you tell me what is going back on recovery instead of factory reset and how we can fix it? See the image

Have you tried restore using dfu mode? Did you remove and clean the board in a ultrasonic cleaner or just use heat? Also what liquid, sea water, sink, toilet and how long was it submerged?
