The phone is not turning on need to install new software

I'm not sure I understand your question correctly, but perhaps the following may help

in the event that your phone will not charge or otherwise operate. It's possible software

is not the issue.

Cellphones require a good battery to turn on and run successfully. I assume you have replaced

the battery from the original 2010 one. Does it charge in the phone? If not:

I recently received a cellphone stuck in an endless startup loop. No attempt by me to do a reset or anything

else succeeded.

I examined the phone battery. The phone is relatively new (2019) and the battery was

not bulged or damaged. I recalled reading that cell batteries have a protection circuit built

into them. The SD card in my phone showed evidence of static shock damage (I was eventually able to recover and reformat it).

So I suspect some kind of shock 'tripped' the battery protection circuit.

I remembered reading it is possible to take a usb wall charger and 'shock' the battery back to life, after which

the battery can again be recharged inside your phone.

If you or anyone decides to try this method, act with care since you alone are responsible for any damage or injury that could conceivably result.

BTW, I followed the procedure in the video and it worked for me. I now have a nice backup cellphone instead of a brick.
