Is my 58L4300 still able to connect to the internet

I can see that my 2013 58L4300 is connected both wired and wirelessly to my router, but I am unable to access the internet. http:// start.tv.toshiba.com/ won't load. I see that the date and time are correct, Is this TV still able to access the internet?

@alaricgerman download the user manual from here. Page 41 tells you how to connect it and page 111 tells you how to use it on a home network. Stick with Wired (don't do both wired and wirelessly)

There is no reason why your TV can't connect to the network

Thank you, My set-up is like page 44, modem w/router. When I run the Network test it fails. I know the TV is accessing the router, I can see that, but why isn't it accessing the internet? How will I know it's accessed the internet?

@alaricgerman so you can‘t stream etc.? Where or what do you want to do with your Tv. Have you gone through the manual page 111. if it connects to your router you may need to check on that
