Battery is not charging while On but charges in turn off

I have recently had the battery in my MacBook upgraded by a third-party service center. The battery appears to be functioning properly according to the Coconut app and system settings. However, when the MacBook is turned on, it displays a message saying "battery is not charging." Interestingly, the battery starts charging when the MacBook Pro is turned off. I'm using the original charger. What might be causing this issue?

Can you post a screenshot of what coconut battery is telling you?

Do an SMC reset or a VRAM reset ( Press hold Cmd + opt + P + R + power button ) do this when shutdown for 10 sec..
