Getting "Battery Voltage Incorrect"
Tried restarting the system, uninstalled battery adapter driver, and rebooted. Still no change. Any ideas?
@venkat92050 could be a battery issue. I would try to physically disconnect the battery, wait a few minutes and then reconnect the battery. See if that helps. If not, you need to consider replacing it. Of course, make sure that your battery charger works properly and that it connects properly to the jack. There could be issues with the charging port, charging circuit, motherboard etc but we got to start somewhere ;-) You did not say if there is an indication if your laptop charges.
Download the service manual for your computer from here It'll help you to work on it. Use that to work on the battery, but also to replace the CMOS (RTC) battery. After all, that is the one responsible for remembering your computer's settings.
Also, make sure you check for any warranty on this laptop. If there is any, you want to let Lenovo fix it.

This is a new battery from iFixit. It was put in correctly, so, I just replaced with the original that was not charging earlier. All is well now, what more, the old battery started charging fully. Appreciate the response!
Another thing you could do is to try calibrate the battery, normally you can do it in Windows but sometimes windows driver update also the culprit.
I've done calibration easily using Live Linux via USB flashdisk & the distro used is Ubuntu.
