@ahmadqureshi it'll depend on what was "repaired" on it and how it was repaired. You will need to try and get further details on this. All that the running fans tell you, is that you are getting power to the card. We would need to see your video card (both sides) with some clear and large enough images, so we can try and identify components and traces.
