I'm afraid you're not in the right place to get service for your blood pressure machine. iFixit has no connection to medical equipment suppliers and does not do repairs; they are a resource for people wanting to do their own repairs.
I'm guessing your BP monitor is Microlife rather than Microlite; if that's the case then I suggest you go to the Microlife website and use their contact page to ask the manufacturer where you can obtain service for their product.
