1 removing bezel from screen
I want to replace the bezel on my nexus s and I see that you had to use a heat gun to do so is. Did you find this extremely difficult or realtivly easy?

Once heat is applied to the bezel and the screen the underlying adhesive that sticks to the front housing allows you to separate the front housing comprising the bezel from the screen and you can then replace the bezel although the bezel is attached to the lower part of the screen where the capacitive buttons are by 2 dabs of glue so just cut it loose then later just reuse the same dabs of glue to stick it back or use super thin double sided tape much cleaner.
