The touch screen doesn’t turns on (black).

If pictures and videos can be viewed OK when downloaded it may be a problem with the LCD screen in the camera.

With the camera on as when trying to take a picture, try shining a flashlight at an angle close to the screen and check if you can detect any images on the screen. They will be very faint if they are there so trying this in a darkened room may help to see them.

If they are there, then there's a backlight problem with the screen. Either a loose LCD screen backlight flex cable connection on the motherboard, a faulty backlight in the LCD screen or worst case a backlight power problem on the motherboard.

Here's a video that shows how to replace the LCD screen in the camera that may help. At 5:15 minutes into the video it gives a good view of the LCD screen flex cables. The smaller cable is the backlight power cable and the bigger cable is for the video signals.

If there are no images to be seen, it may be a faulty LCD screen or a problem on the motherboard, but since pictures/videos can be taken, downloaded and viewed OK then more likely it is the screen that is the problem

If it is determined that the LCD screen needs replacing (it can't be fixed it need to be replaced) search online for GoPro Hero 6 Black LCD touch screen to find suppliers that suit you best.
