Motorola Droid RAZR Teardown like most fascias this looks like simple double sided adhesive. As it's covering a hidden screw I wouldn't use glue or you won't be able to get into the guts of the phone again if you need to. You could try everyday tape or 3M tape that you'll find on ebay that is for these kind of uses..

It is just adhered onto the faceplate so you can carefully pry it off or if you use a blow drier and heat it up a little it will come of pretty easily.
