How do I bypass factory security, no start condition after truck was h

My 01 ram 2500 was stolen- then recovered. It started once after being recovered, unable to get it started since. Changed ignition. Truck cranks, but won't fire. No BUS message on dash, gloplug indicator flashing, not sure if it's the security or Auto shut down or how to bypas...help!?!?
