Assistive touch keeps showing up
the assistive touch won’t go away .. it’s becoming to annoy me

You have to go to Settings-> Accessibility -> Touch -> AssistiveTouch and turn it off and it won't show up again.

have you had any issues with the home button?
does it still function as it's supposed to? does touch ID still work?
have you done any repairs to the phone recently?
what IOS are you running?
